1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and MPOJackpot ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by mpojackpot.

By accessing or using the mpojackpot platform in any way — including browsing the website, downloading the app, registering an account, or making any transaction — you expressly consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2Account Registration

MPOJackpot reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. This process requires you to submit valid identification documents such as a national ID, passport, or other specified supporting documents. Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension or a withdrawal being placed on hold.

3User Eligibility

Beyond the age requirement, use of the mpojackpot platform is also subject to the following conditions:

• You are not subject to any self-exclusion program or other gambling protection program.
• You are not using the platform in a professional capacity or as a company representative with the intent to gain an unfair commercial advantage.
• You are using legitimate personal funds and not funds derived from illegal activities.
• Use of the platform from countries or regions where local laws prohibit online gambling is entirely at the user's own risk.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

MPOJackpot accepts deposits via a variety of secure payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• MPOJackpot reserves the right to decline or hold suspicious deposits for investigation purposes.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30. Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 15 minutes on business days.
• All withdrawals will be credited to the same bank account used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise specified through the verification process.
• MPOJackpot reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals for accounts with an active bonus balance or unfulfilled wagering requirements may be placed on hold until those requirements are met.

5Bonuses & Promotions

MPOJackpot offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the following rules:

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus received must be wagered the specified number of times (typically 10x to 30x depending on the bonus type) before a withdrawal can be made.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will be automatically forfeited.

6Game Rules

All games available on the mpojackpot platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting, and bingo — are governed by the respective game rules set by each game provider.

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed once a game has concluded.
• In the event of a technical issue during gameplay, mpojackpot reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the user's account balance.
• Winnings resulting from a software bug, system error, or technical fault are not considered valid and may be voided.
• MPOJackpot uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) system verified by an independent auditing body to ensure fair play across all games.
• For sports betting, all bets are accepted subject to the bet acceptance conditions applicable at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change without prior notice.

7Account Security

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.

8Prohibited Conduct

Use of the mpojackpot platform is subject to strict conduct guidelines. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Opening more than one account (multiple accounts) by the same individual.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another party in any form.

• Attempting to exploit system bugs, software errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

9Account Closure

Closure by User: You may close your mpojackpot account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please ensure all bonus wagering requirements have been met and all eligible balances have been withdrawn.

Closure by MPOJackpot: We reserve the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected involvement in fraud, bonus abuse, or illegal activities.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request from a legal authority or regulatory body.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, mpojackpot reserves the right to withhold the account balance as compensation for losses incurred. Valid balances will be returned once the investigation is complete, provided no violation is confirmed.

MPOJackpot does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) may cause temporary disruptions. We will endeavour to provide advance notice whenever possible.

Mpojackpot's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited within the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Amendment of Terms

MPOJackpot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
